He added three receptions for 22 yards.
Analysis: Hunt's performance gave him 1,046 yards rushing for the season, making him the second Chiefs rookie to top the 1,000-yard mark. Joe Delaney, whose career was cut tragically short when he drowned trying to save three kids in a Louisiana pond, accomplished the feat in 1981. Hunt ended a stretch of seven straight games without a 100-yard effort.

Analysis: Since a sensational start to his career, Hunt has been solid in recent weeks, but certainly not outstanding. He doesn't have an offensive TD since Week 3 and has failed to crack 100 scrimmage yards in three straight games.
|Nov. 5, 2017 5:04 PM PT6:04 PM MT7:04 PM CT8:04 PM ET1:04 GMT9:04 6:04 PM MST8:04 PM EST7:04 PM CT5:04 UAE (+1)20:04 ETNaN: - Kareem Hunt ran for 37 yards on nine carries Sunday in the Kansas City Chiefs' 28-17 loss to the Dallas Cowboys. He added four receptions for 24 yards.

|Oct. 30, 2017 8:52 PM PT9:52 PM MT10:52 PM CT11:52 PM ET3:52 GMT11:52 8:52 PM MST10:52 PM EST9:52 PM CT7:52 UAE (+1)23:52 ETNaN: - Kareem Hunt ran for 46 yards on 22 carries Monday in the Kansas City Chiefs' 29-19 win over the Denver Broncos. He added three receptions for 22 yards.
Analysis: Hunt was held under 100 total yards for the first time in eight games. Since stringing together three consecutive 100-yard rushing games, Hunt has cooled considerably with 154 in his last three with just a 3.1 average. Hunt should have better luck next week at Dallas.
|Oct. 23, 2017 8:07 AM PT9:07 AM MT10:07 AM CT11:07 AM ET15:07 GMT23:07 8:07 AM MST10:07 AM EST10:07 AM CT19:07 UAE11:07 ETNaN: - Hunt is on pace to finish with 284 carries, which would have ranked fifth in the league last season. He is also on pace to catch 57 passes, giving him well over 300 touches. That would surpass any kind of workload he had during his four years at Toledo.
Analysis: The Chiefs hope to have Charcandrick West for their game Monday night against Denver, but that probably doesn't mean that Hunt's workload is going to ease much. That's music to fantasy owners' ears.
|Oct. 19, 2017 8:42 PM PT9:42 PM MT10:42 PM CT11:42 PM ET3:42 GMT11:42 8:42 PM MST10:42 PM EST10:42 PM CT7:42 UAE (+1)23:42 ETNaN: - Kareem Hunt ran for 87 yards on 18 carries Thursday in the Kansas City Chiefs' 31-30 loss to the Oakland Raiders. He added four receptions for 30 yards.

Analysis: Hunt rushed for 21 yards and added 89 receiving yards, helping him top 100 yards from scrimmage for the sixth consecutive game to start his career. That breaks the record of five games with 100 yards or more from scrimmage to start a career set by Adrian Peterson.
|Oct. 8, 2017 8:53 PM PT9:53 PM MT10:53 PM CT11:53 PM ET3:53 GMT11:53 8:53 PM MST10:53 PM EST10:53 PM CT7:53 UAE (+1)23:53 ETNaN: - Kareem Hunt ran for 107 yards on 29 carries Sunday in the Kansas City Chiefs' 42-34 win over the Houston Texans. He added three receptions for nine yards.

|Oct. 2, 2017 8:46 PM PT9:46 PM MT10:46 PM CT11:46 PM ET3:46 GMT11:46 8:46 PM MST10:46 PM EST10:46 PM CT7:46 UAE (+1)23:46 ETNaN: - Kareem Hunt ran for 101 yards on 21 carries Monday in the Kansas City Chiefs' 29-20 win over the Washington Redskins. He added four receptions for 20 yards.
Analysis: This could qualify as a down game for Hunt, which says how high he's set the bar through the first four weeks of his NFL career. The rookie sensation still eclipsed 100 rushing yards for the third time to bring his league-leading total to 502 to go along with six total touchdowns. He's proven without a doubt to be a legitimate RB1 in fantasy circles.
|Sep. 24, 2017 7:17 PM PT8:17 PM MT9:17 PM CT10:17 PM ET2:17 GMT10:17 7:17 PM MST9:17 PM EST9:17 PM CT6:17 UAE (+1)22:17 ETNaN: - Kareem Hunt ran for 172 yards and one touchdown on 17 carries Sunday in the Kansas City Chiefs' 24-10 win over the Los Angeles Chargers. He added one reception for 11 yards.
Analysis: Hunt has surpassed over 100 yards from scrimmage in all three games and is the first rookie to begin his career with three straight 100-yard games since Matt Forte for the Bears in 2008. With six touchdowns - four rushing and two receiving - in his first three games, Hunt is tied with Billy Sims (1980 Lions) and Dutch Sternaman (1920 Decatur Staleys) for the most touchdowns by a player in his first three games. Up next for the rookie is Washington on Monday night.
|Sep. 17, 2017 2:22 PM PT3:22 PM MT4:22 PM CT5:22 PM ET21:22 GMT5:22 2:22 PM MST4:22 PM EST4:22 PM CT1:22 UAE (+1)17:22 ETNaN: - Kareem Hunt ran for 81 yards and two touchdowns on 13 carries Sunday in the Kansas City Chiefs' 27-20 win over the Philadelphia Eagles. |Sep. 8, 2017 9:29 PM PT10:29 PM MT11:29 PM CT12:29 AM ET4:29 GMT12:29 9:29 PM MST11:29 PM EST11:29 PM CT8:29 UAE0:29 ETNaN: - Kareem Hunt ran for 148 yards and one touchdown on 17 carries Thursday in the Kansas City Chiefs' 42-27 win over the New England Patriots. He added five receptions for 98 yards and two touchdowns, and fumbled once.
Analysis: Hunt's pro career got off to an ominous start as he fumbled away his first NFL touch. The rookie from Toledo was dynamite thereafter, though, showing both tackle-breaking and playmaking ability, none more so than on a 78-yard catch-and-run TD in which he sped away from the New England secondary. With backup Charcandrick West receiving only two touches, Hunt has already put himself in the RB1 conversation.
|Aug. 27, 2017 8:31 AM PT9:31 AM MT10:31 AM CT11:31 AM ET15:31 GMT23:31 8:31 AM MST10:31 AM EST10:31 AM CT19:31 UAE11:31 ETNaN: - Starter Spencer Ware is likely out for the season, so get ready to see a bunch of Kareem Hunt.

|Aug. 26, 2017 10:39 AM PT11:39 AM MT12:39 PM CT1:39 PM ET17:39 GMT1:39 10:39 AM MST12:39 PM EST12:39 PM CT21:39 UAE13:39 ETNaN: - Chiefs running back Spencer Ware will undergo an MRI exam to determine the extent of a right knee injury sustained in Friday night's preseason game against the Seattle Seahawks.
Analysis: Coach Andy Reid told reporters Saturday that Hunt will be the regular featured back in Ware's absence.
|Aug. 20, 2017 10:01 AM PT11:01 AM MT12:01 PM CT1:01 PM ET17:01 GMT1:01 10:01 AM MST12:01 PM EST12:01 PM CT21:01 UAE13:01 ETNaN: - Hunt got a chance to show his versatility in his home state Saturday at Cinncinati. He was limited to one carry and one catch in the preseason opener. On Saturday, he was the featured running back on the first two drives. Hunt had 8 carries for 40 yards and 3 catches for 23 yards.
Analysis: Hunt is Toledo's all-time leading rusher and had a lot of family and friends at Paul Brown Stadium. "Honestly it kind of felt like a homecoming for me," he said. "It meant a great deal to come here and play the way I did."
|Aug. 12, 2017 12:10 PM PT1:10 PM MT2:10 PM CT3:10 PM ET19:10 GMT3:10 12:10 PM MST2:10 PM EST2:10 PM CT23:10 UAE15:10 ETNaN: - Hunt was held for no gain on his only rushing attempt and had one reception for nine yards in his NFL preseason debut Friday.
Analysis: The rookie's limited touches was a bit of a surprise considering the buzz around the former Toledo star who was selected in the third round. There remains a good upside with Hunt, but it seems for now that Spencer Ware will be carrying the workload in Kansas City.
