He threw two interceptions, didn't fumble and was sacked one time. Fitzpatrick added 10 rushing yards on three carries.
Analysis: Fitzpatrick helped the Bucs score 32 second-half points and threw three touchdowns but was also picked off twice. Interceptions have always been a problem for Fitzpatrick. Since 2013, Fitzpatrick has had a league-high 3.2 percent of his pass attempts intercepted. That's a huge concern if Jameis Winston misses any time.

Analysis: The deal is for one year and worth a reported $3 million that includes incentives to take the base salary higher. The 34-year-old Fitzpatrick has started 116 games over his 12 seasons in the NFL, including 27 the past two years with the New York Jets. He made $12 million last season. Fitzpatrick will be joining his seventh NFL team.

Fitzpatrick re-signed with the Jets last July on a one-year, $12 million deal. Technically, the contract was for two years, but contained language in which the second year would be automatically voided five days after the Super Bowl - meaning, Friday - if Fitzpatrick remained on the roster.
Analysis: Because his $10 million bonus was prorated over two years to help with the salary cap last year, Fitzpatrick will cost the Jets $5 million in "dead money" this year. The 34-year-old Fitzpatrick will be free to sign with another team. While he could still re-sign with the Jets, it appears his up-and-down tenure in New York is done after two seasons.
