The person confirmed the terms of the agreement to The Associated Press on Friday night on condition of anonymity because the deal had not been announced.
Analysis: The four-time All-Star averaged career highs in points (23.1), assists (10.7) and steals (2.0) in 78 games last season, his seventh in the NBA. Wall was drafted No. 1 overall by Washington in 2010.
